Empathy Lab designs an engaging interactive multi-site framework for Payless, Saucony Sneakers, Saucony Originals and Sperry Topsiders new ecommerce websites.

Collective Brands came to Empathy Lab with a single goal, "Re-position CBI as a primary online destination for price conscious footwear-fashion consumers." To reach that goal Empathy Lab combined forces with ATG to re-envision, redesign and redevelop a number of ecommerce sites under the Collective Brand umbrella including Payless.com, Saucony.com, SauconyOriginals.com and Sperry.com.

While each site has its own unique branding and interactive elements the multi-site solution we designed enabled CBI to leverage its investment further by scaling each site onto the new interface framework.

Results

  • Sales conversion rate increased 91% on payless.com following re-launch
  • Launched 4 brand sites, each with a unique look and feel, on the same multi-site framework powered by ATG
