Re-creating the Counter Encounter

Clarins selects Empathy Lab as their Digital Agency of Record to re-launch their global sites for Clarins, Azzaro and Thierry Mugler.

Clarins Group challenged Empathy Lab to re-Imagine its global ecommerce platform and digital brand experience. Of key importance was translating Clarins' off-line brand, well known for its personal high-touch expert consulting, into an equally engaging digital experience.

After initial user experience development was completed for Clarins, Empathy Lab extended the experience design and site framework to include their fragrance lines for Azzaro and Theirry Mugler.
