Ex- HP leader to spearhead new offering

CONSHOHOCKEN, Pa.--Empathy Lab, www.empathylab.com, a leading digital agency focused on providing innovative eCommerce and broadband solutions to the world’s leading brands announces the hiring of Kevin Carruthers, formerly of Hewlett-Packard. Mr Carruthers has been engaged to launch a new offering focused on providing program management services to Empathy Lab clients. This appointment reflects Empathy Lab’s commitment to drive positive business results for its clients worldwide by helping them better manage complexity and scale in their digital programs.

Kevin Carruthers, who is joining Empathy Lab as its Vice President of Program Management, brings with him over 10 years of experience leading complex, global teams, defining program management processes as well as integrating processes and teams into existing PMOs. Prior to joining Empathy Lab Carruthers lead an R&D team at Hewlett-Packard where he was responsible for defining and delivering several complex programs, managing products and software development teams. He joined Hewlett-Packard through HP’s acquisition of Neoware, Inc. where he was Director of Software Applications and was responsible for the delivery of all of Neoware’s software products.
