Suburban Philadelphia digital agency Empathy Lab has been selected to redesign the digital experience at the American Red Cross National Headquarters. Leveraging its expertise in ecommerce, user experience and design, Empathy Lab will create, design and implement a new online user experience to help the American Red Cross deliver on their mission.
The American Red Cross has more than 600 web sites maintained by local chapters, blood centers and national headquarters. In an effort to provide a more consistent user experience, Empathy Lab was selected to consolidate all of these web sites into a more streamlined, manageable and efficient network. By leveraging advanced technologies and techniques in personalization and localization, the new Red Cross web site will ensure that the most relevant information will be presented to users allowing them to easily and quickly understand how they can help at any time through financial contributions donations, blood donations, volunteering and course enrollment.
“We are humbled by the task ahead of us, it is a rare opportunity to be able to do something like this that will have a tremendous impact on people’s lives,” said Andrew Fegley, SVP of Client Services at Empathy Lab.
