Senior Project Manager

We are currently seeking Sr. Project Managers to join our Conshohocken PA, team of professionals. This individual serves as an expert in all phases of an interactive project lifecycle, is our clients' primary point of contact and is responsible for managing internal team workflow and task assignments.

Position Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate expertise in all phases of an interactive project lifecycle
• Able to quickly gain an understanding of our clients
• industries, business and project objectives
• Interface daily with clients as the primary point of contact
• Analyze and prioritize project activities and client needs, while establishing realistic deadlines
• Achieve consensus among diverse and dissenting viewpoints, while effectively translating ideas into prioritized and actionable steps
• Create, maintain and present project plans and other relevant project documentation
• Create project status reports, client friendly schedule, milestone and deliverable progress materials for our clients
• Manage internal team workflow and task assignments
• Able to collaborate with and lead teams of information architects, graphic designers, copy writers, HTML developers, Flash developers, and programmers to problem solve and execute project challenges while delivering high quality on time and on budget
• Have a “can-do” attitude that fosters a positive productive working environment, especially in stressful or pressured situations
• Be flexible, organized, open to feedback with excellent follow-through skills
• Thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and provide hands-on troubleshooting and best available solutions
• Balance a sense of urgency with calm and confident demeanor
• Work effectively as part of a team and independently to meet agreed-upon deadlines
• Travel to client locations (mainly in the greater Philadelphia region) for meetings as needed

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Bachelors Degree preferred
• 4+ years experience as a project manager in an interactive agency or similar client services environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work with and manage external partners
• Ability to maintain high level of organization and attention to detail
• Ability to remain flexible and responsive when faced with multiple urgent requests
• Ability to approach and communicate with a wide range of personalities
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced and challenging environment
• Demonstrate versatility, conviction, and a commitment to outstanding client service
• You must be able to represent our company at all times with professionalism and integrity whenever you interact with our clients
• Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
