The Empathy Lab team embarked on this highly creative initiative by conducting a series of stakeholder and brand exploration exercises to become fully immersed in the brand. What followed was a strategic user experience design process guiding the creation of a scalable site information architecture and engaging creative design. The end result is a newly launched site delivering an innovative online user experience that maintains the edginess of the brand and achieves business results. In addition, by creating a multi-site framework approach, Thierry Mugler is positioned to easily and efficiently deploy a number of international eCommerce sites in the future.
