Passionate about storytelling, she helps brands effectively connect with their audiences through compelling narratives.

Rob has worked in digital technology for over 20 years. He uses his strong engineering and design background to shape adaptive digital architectures for clients in consumer packed goods & retail that unlock avenues for growth. Jazzed about the convergence of real-time data, immersive experiences and compelling services powering the platforms of the future, he’s keen to paint and pave the paths that make these real. Outside of work, he attempts electronic side-projects, and writes about AI/ML & gen AI in relation to art history and creativity.

Kim is a seasoned e-business specialist in the digital industry with expertise in program management, delivery management, project management and account management. Throughout her career, she has consistently demonstrated her ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and build meaningful relationships. With a sharp eye for detail and a commitment to precision, she always seeks out lasting solutions and maintains a solid, controlled approach to her work. Robin brings 20+ years of experience driving digital transformation, product innovation, and customer experience for global brands. As head of Digital Growth for North America, she leads multidisciplinary teams of client partners, experience leaders, specialists and sales professionals to accelerate digital revenue, strengthen practice capabilities, and shape the next generation of EPAM’s digital offerings. Robin unites strategy, design and technology with a collaborative, pragmatic, client‑first approach to solving complex challenges.

Victoria is Global Head of Marketing at Empathy Lab, helping turn today’s complex challenges into exciting brand opportunities. She joined EPAM in 2018 via the acquisition of digital agency TH_NK where she spent five years leading marketing and new business. Victoria’s background is in driving go-to-market for businesses in the advertising, media, digital and technology space, including leading PR strategy for several agencies, the commercial arms of The Walt Disney Company UK and News UK. She also helped to launch the not-for-profit initiative Inspiring Fifty, established to spotlight the incredible women in tech across Europe. 

Patrick is an accomplished executive with over two decades of experience growing and leading digital agencies and experience and growth consulting practices. His expertise spans business and experience design, marketing and commerce, entertainment, tokenized engagement, blockchain and mixed reality. As Senior Director of the immersive experience practice, Patrick is at the forefront of innovation and explores how it can transform digital ecosystems. He leads initiatives in metaverses and agentive experiences, that merge the physical and virtual worlds with ai, blockchain and immersive technology. 

Virginie is a versatile digital and integrated marketing consultant with over 10 years of cross-functional experience in business development. She excels in orchestrating omnichannel innovation, enhancing brand resonance, and boosting customer engagement. Virginie has worked across diverse sectors, from FMCG and NGOs to real estate and luxury, cultivating a strategic and holistic role focused on key accounts. Yury Bialykh is CTO of Empathy Lab and CTO, Digital at EPAM. With 15+ years in engineering and consulting, he has led cloud and platform transformations for Fortune 500 clients including SAP, Fidelity, Toyota, Southwest and Cigna across marketing, financial services, retail and travel. At Empathy Lab he partners with strategists and creators to build AI-native products and platforms that turn brand ambition into measurable customer value. Outside of work, Yury recharges by traveling with his family, reading widely, and tinkering with side projects.

Nicolas leads the Digital Practice in EMEA, bringing deep expertise in digital transformation and strategy. With hands-on experience in technologies like Databricks, data governance, and large language models (LLMs), he combines visionary leadership with practical know-how.
